Your taste.
Our team.
Your day, made real.

You know exactly what you want. What you do not have is the hundreds of hours it takes to build it. That part is ours.

A three-minute questionnaire tells us if we’re the right fit, then we talk.

The vision is the easy part. The two hundred decisions are not.

You have the taste, and you know the feeling you want the day to have. Turning that into vendors, contracts, a timeline, a budget that holds, and a room that runs itself is a full-time job for months, and you already have one of those.

High Table is a full-service studio with design included, built for couples who would rather hand the work to a professional than manage it themselves. You make the decisions that matter to you. We carry everything else, and we keep the standard high, because in an intimate room every detail is seen.

01

Planned completely

Design, vendors, budget stewardship, production, and the day itself, with one studio accountable for all of it.

02

Fifteen weddings a year

A real limit, not a line of copy. It is how yours stays the priority rather than a date on a crowded calendar.

03

Travel, handled

We are also a licensed travel agency, so room blocks, guest flights, and the honeymoon live inside one relationship.

04

Grown-up by design

Composed, discreet, and built around who you are now, without the default traditions you never asked for.

A standard that holds up up close.

Guest tables set on an open coastal terrace at golden hour.A single place setting with a sage napkin and brass flatware.A small garden ceremony with chairs arranged under mature trees.A long stone tablescape dressed with low florals and tapers.A three-tier white wedding cake on a brass stand, dressed with garden roses and olive, against a wall of tapers.

All images are concepts and general representations of the work we’ve done.

From a coastal terrace to a candlelit estate, planned to the last detail.

See if we’re the right studio for your wedding.

A few quiet questions about your date, your guest count, and what you have in mind. About three minutes, and our first conversation starts already knowing you.

No obligation. If we are not the right fit, we will say so, and point you to someone who is.

Questions couples ask us

Plain answers to the things worth knowing before you reach out.

Who is High Table for?

Couples, often between 35 and 55, planning an intentional wedding on a smaller guest list and a higher standard, who want to delegate the planning to a full-service studio rather than manage it themselves. Many are marrying later, or for a second time, and know exactly what they want.

Where do you plan weddings?

Our home markets are Orange County, San Diego, and Los Angeles. We also plan destination weddings in cities we know well, including New York, Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, Atlanta, Coral Gables, Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Jose, and Cheyenne.

What does an intimate wedding planner cost?

Planning with High Table begins at a $5,000 studio fee, separate from your wedding budget, and we work best with couples whose overall wedding budget is $25,000 and up. Full-service planning with design is our focus; partial planning is available at the same minimum.

How much time does working with a planner actually save me?

Couples typically spend two hundred or more hours planning a wedding themselves. With full-service planning, your time goes to a handful of prepared decisions and the tastings you want to be part of. We carry the rest.

Do you help with guest travel and the honeymoon?

Yes. Because we are also a licensed travel agency, we can arrange room blocks, guest travel, and your honeymoon inside the same relationship, so it is one phone number rather than three.

Ready when you are.

Three minutes of quiet questions, or a call if you would rather just talk it through.
